Parking for loading/unloading in Bullard Close for residents of the Carriageworks estate is permitted for a maximum of 15 minutes without a prior reservation. You must use the marked loading bays and not the residents parking bays.
If you need longer to load/unload a vehicle (e.g. if you are moving in/out), all-day permits can be booked in advance using the form below. Please ensure you have read the rules/fair use policy before booking.

All-day parking is for substantial loading/unloading for residents of the Carriageworks estate only.
This booking system is not to be used to book general parking or parking for visitors. Please refer to our Parking page for details of nearby on-street parking for both residents and visitors.
Each booking is for one vehicle only.
Bookings run from 00:00-23:59 on the selected day. You are not permitted to park overnight unless you have also booked the following day.
Bookings can be made up to 1 month in advance.
At least 48 hours’ notice is required for each booking. If bookings are made with less notice than this, they may not be approved in time.
Your booking is not valid until you have received a confirmation email. Please check junk/spam email folders as needed.
Each flat may book a maximum of 2 days in a rolling 28-day period. If more than 2 bookings are made via the booking system, they will be cancelled. If you require longer, please email info@carriageworks.org.uk to discuss.
Your booking is only valid for the vehicle number plate you provide. If you are not able to provide this at the time of your booking (e.g. because you are renting a vehicle), you must email info@carriageworks.org.uk with the vehicle number plate before you park. If you do not provide the vehicle number plate before parking, you may receive a £100 parking fine.
You must use one of the two loading bays when parking for loading/unloading. Do not use any of the residents parking bays.
Anyone found to be misusing this system will have all bookings cancelled and their flat will not be permitted to make future bookings.
If you need to cancel or change your booking, please email info@carriageworks.org.uk. As above, at least 48 hours’ notice is required for changes to your booking.
